Heating
Our computer-controlled heating system allows steam, electric, or hot-water heating based on product needs. Temperatures are logged, monitored, and maintained automatically. With an eco-friendly bio-fuel boiler and four steaming points, we ensure safe and continuous heating.
Laden Steaming Solutions
Bayarea Terminals offers efficient laden steaming solutions to heat liquid cargo in ISO tanks, reducing viscosity for smooth unloading or transfer. Our system prevents material solidification during transit, using energy-efficient steam circulation through coils or jackets to maintain product quality and flow consistency.
Tank Container Coatings
Bayarea Terminals is equipped with a dedicated coating facility for Tank Containers, Road Tankers, and Bulk Chemical Storage Tanks. We provide food-grade epoxy and anti-corrosion coatings as per client requirements, using Graco Blasters and Sprayers under AkzoNobel-trained supervision.
Loaded Tank Storage
Our facility is custom notified and equipped to store and handle laden tanks, eliminating delays for custom clearance at CFS. With an on-site weighbridge at the entry gate and two loaded Reach Stackers, we provide efficient laden tank storage for types liquid, gas & cyogenic tanks.
Transport
We operate a dedicated fleet of trucks for ISO container transport, ensuring smooth movement from port to facility and delivery to client sites. We also manage the return of empty tanks for cleaning, storage, or repair—ensuring reliability, timely service, and full logistics control.
Dew Point Testing
Critical for moisture-sensitive cargo (e.g., chemicals, pharmaceuticals, electronics-grade materials), we measure the dew point inside the tank to ensure it is completely dry and free from residual moisture that could compromise cargo purity or cause corrosion.
On‑Site Assistance
Our support extends beyond our depots. If your tank faces inspection issues at ports, customs, shipper/consignee premises, or requires urgent roadside verification, our certified team will deploy promptly to conduct on‑site testing, resolve compliance holds, and provide immediate Solution—keeping your cargo moving without delays.
Security and Surveillance
Our facility is secured by an 8-foot boundary wall with barbed wire fencing, CCTV coverage of all areas, and round-the-clock security personnel monitoring all vehicle and container movements. Constant supervision from our IT cabin ensures safety and complete operational control.
